Hotel Information:
The Sheraton Reston is located at 11810 Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston, VA, and is offering a discounted rate of $99 a night for single or double rooms. For reservations, call the hotel at: 703-620-9000 or 800-561-9186 and SPECIFY THAT you are registering for the OVERSEAS BRATS "DC Metro Gathering," and provide them with your arrival and departure dates. Cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is Monday, September 24, 2012. Reservations after that date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

The Sheraton Reston offers courtesy shuttle service to/from Washington Dulles Airport ONLY.

Event Registration Costs
There are two options for registration: a comprehensive package and pro-rated package.

Comprehensive Package
Includes:
* Friday, Oct. 26 luncheon, Friday, Oct. 26 dinner, Saturday, Oct. 27 dinner, and Sunday, Oct. 28 breakfast.
* Snacks in the hospitality suite beginning Thursday, Oct. 25 through Sunday, Oct. 28.
* Admittance to all sessions and the door prize exhibition and contest.
* Booklet prepared for the event containing a directory of all participants and event activities.
* Entertainment Thursday, Friday, Saturday evenings.
* Specially-prepared name badge. (Your admittance to all functions and the hospitality suite.)

Notes:
- Admittance to the hospitality suite requires being a paid registrant for the "gathering."
- When you purchase the comprehensive package, you do not have to purchase any of the pro-rated meal items listed below because the comprehensive package includes all this.

Comprehensive Package Costs:
Before October 1, 2012 = $162/person or $262/couple.
Before October 15, 2012 = $177/person or $277/couple.
After October 15, 2012 = $187/person or $287/couple.

Pro-rated Costs:
Friday (Oct. 26) day session (between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.). Includes participation in course sessions, the door prize competition, includes luncheon and snacks provided in the hospitality suite.
Before October 1, 2012 = $35/person.
Before October 15, 2012 = $45/person.
After October 15, 2012 = $50/person.

Friday (Oct. 26) afternoon tour, dinner, karaoke party in the hospitality suite and snacks (between 2:30 p.m. and Midnite.)
Before October 1, 2012 = $65/person or $95/couple.
Before October 15, 2012 = $75/person or $105/couple.
After October 15, 2012 = $80/person or $110/couple.

Saturday (Oct. 27) day events, including day sessions and snacks in hospitality suite (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.).
(Please note: this excludes lunch!)
Before October 1, 2012 = $20/person.
Before October 15, 2012 = $30/person.
After October 15, 2012 = $35/person.

Saturday (Oct. 27) dinner, program, dance and snacks in hospitality suite (between 7 p.m. and after Midnite.)
Before October 1, 2012 = $65/person or $95/couple.
Before October 15, 2012 = $75/person or $105/couple.
After October 15, 2012 = $80/person or $110/couple.

Sunday (Oct. 28) breakfast, between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Before October 1, 2012 = $20/person.
Before October 15, 2012 = $30/person.
After October 15, 2012 = $35/person.

Cancellation Insurance
This is $10/person and when purchased, 100% is refunded minus the insurance fee.

Cancellation Policy For Those Not Taking Out Cancellation Insurance
Before October 1 = 100% refunded.
Before October 15 = 75% refunded
After October 15 = NO REFUNDS.

Dress Code
Dress for all events except for Saturday night is casual. Saturday evening dress: semi-formal.

3:30 - 5:30 p.m. - Welcome! Registration begins. Hospitality suite opens. (Junior Ballroom)
6 p.m. - Meet in lobby for 'dutch treat' dinner at restaurant outside of the hotel.
8:30 p.m. - Hospitality room reopens and registration continues.


Friday, October 26
8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Hospitality suite open. (Junior Ballroom)
9 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Registration & Brats Store. (Junior Ballroom)
9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - Session I: Location & topic TBA. (Hosted by George Junne)
10:20 - 11:30 a.m. - Session II: Location & topic TBA. (Hosted by Dennis Campbell)
10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Appointments with sponsors and key planners. (Junior Ballroom)
11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. - ***DOOR PRIZE COMPETITION*** (Junior Ballroom) Get the initials of all the commercial sponsors and three new Brat friends on forms (to be provided) to be eligible for some GREAT prizes!
12:30 - 1:30 p.m. - Luncheon sponsored by the Sheraton Reston (Junior Ballroom)
3 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Afternoon tour and dinner. (Sponsored by Visit Fairfax.)
Return from dinner - Session III: Line dancing (Joe Condrill) (Junior Ballroom)
Following line dance session: Karaoke party in Hospitality suite. (Junior Ballroom)

Saturday, October 27
9 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Hospitality suite open. (Junior Ballroom)
10 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Registration & Brats Store. (Junior Ballroom)
9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Session IV: "Bratman Returns." (Hosted by Joe Condrill) Meeting Room TBA.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Session V: "Building Best Brat Friendships Forever" (With Sunny Taylor Schwentner and Jeri Polansky Glass). (Note: We will be offering a ?dutch treat? luncheon during this seminar. Details are pending.)
1 - 6 p.m. - Break.
1 p.m. - Event decorating in the Ballroom. Volunteers needed ? please see Sunny.
6-6:45 p.m. - Registration.
6 - 6:45 p.m. - Cocktail reception. (In front of McIntosh/Jonathan Room).
6:45 p.m. - Doors open to ballroom. (Junior Ballroom).
7 p.m. - Midnight - Dinner, Program & Dance.

Sunday, October 28
7 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Breakfast. (Syrah Restaurant).
